This has to be the dish that I could make with my eyes closed. I assure you that every meatlover in your family would love it!
Ingredients:
1 Kilo of Pata
2 packets of banana blossoms
1 clove of garlic
3 tbsps. of cooking oil
Approx. 10 tbsps. of soy sauce
Approx. 5 tbsps. of vinegar
Loads of sugar (according to taste)
A dash of whole pepper
Pineapple chunks (optional)
Procedure:
1. Boil the meat together with the garlic and vinegar.
2. Once the meat is tender, put in all the other ingredients, then season to taste. Add the cooking oil once the meat is almost coming off its bones.
3. If you opted to add pineapple chunks, this is when you put it in.
4. Serve and enjoy.
This dish is best served with soda to balance the sweet-salty aftertaste.
